Our primary objective is to protect consumers’ statutory rights in everyday consumer transactions. Where consumers suffer loss as a result of defective goods or services, we manage the legal processes required to exercise their rights to withdraw from the contract, obtain a refund, request replacement with an equivalent defect-free product, or claim a proportionate reduction in the purchase price.

We prepare applications to Consumer Arbitration Committees and represent clients in proceedings before the competent Consumer Courts. We also provide legal assistance in disputes concerning violations of the right of withdrawal arising from distance sales agreements concluded through e-commerce websites, as well as disputes relating to timeshare holiday and timeshare property agreements.
